Self-checkout solutions and the management of self-ordering was studied with our partner<strong>\u00a0French In<\/strong><strong>nov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>The challenge for restaurants like FACTORY\u2019S is to manage waiting time and queues in order to satisfy customer demand as effectively as possible. Here, the sales area was ideally suited to the installation of self-ordering kiosks to complement the traditional checkout lines<\/em>\u201d explains Samir B, Sales Manager at\u00a0<strong>French Innov.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The 22\u201d and 27\u201d self-ordering kiosks and the integrated 15\u201d systems <a href=\"https:\/\/perimatic.eu\/produit\/tpv-integres\/tpv-tactile-ova-i5-et-wide\/\">OVAi5<\/a> are equipped:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>with the <a href=\"https:\/\/perimatic.eu\/produit\/afficheurs-et-ecrans-clients\/sgd200-et-sgdp240\/\">SGD200<\/a> 2-line customer display,<\/li>\n<li>with the <a href=\"https:\/\/perimatic.eu\/produit\/douchettes-scanners-lecteurs-identification\/sgbs410fs\/\">SGBS410FS<\/a> integrated 2D scanner,<\/li>\n<li>all installed with the <strong>FIO<\/strong>\u00a0cash register software developed by French Innov.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The 15\u201d OVA touch-sensitive cash register is perfectly suited to the food environment concerned. Its 4:3 screen ratio has been logically interfaced with the FIO catering software.
