The concept is based on cooking with fried chicken in burgers, wraps and <em>buckets. <\/em>Customers can eat in, have their order delivered or pick it up with <em>click&#038;collect. <\/em>To match the franchise\u2019s offering, the issue of POS equipment was unavoidable. The franchisees called on <a href=\"http:\/\/timtech-digital.me\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TIMTECH<\/a>, an advisor and installer of specialist IT solutions, to install <a href=\"https:\/\/perimatic.eu\/produit\/kiosks-tactiles-et-caisses-autonomes\/kiosks-kobe\/\">KOB\u00c9<\/a> touch-sensitive self-ordering kiosks in their restaurants.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe #CHB chain entrusted us with the management of their IT issues and we proposed a global solution for front and back office management. We installed the SAGA interactive kiosks in a second phase, as the POS layout of the restaurants fitted in perfectly with the defined location. The kiosks were installed back-to-back on sturdy steel stands. They fully meet the customer\u2019s expectations. We also install the kiosk in wall-mounted or free-standing versions adapted to the restaurant\u2019s configuration\u201d<\/em> says Mr HOXHA, TIMTECH Manager.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1478 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/perimatic.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/partenariat-SAGA-Hoxha-CHB.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"375\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Why install self-ordering kiosk in fast-food restaurants?<\/h3>\n<p>These digital computers are installed as totems at entrances, along walls or on restaurant counters. They are generally made up of the basic elements of a checkout point, i.e:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Large <strong>capacitive touchscreen<\/strong> (from 21.5\u201d)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Central processing unit<\/strong> with proven power to support the most comprehensive software (e.g. motherboard equipped with Intel Core processors)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thermal receipt printer<\/strong> which will issue the customer receipt<\/li>\n<li><strong>2D barcode reader\/ NFC reader<\/strong>, for loyalty programme identification<\/li>\n<li><strong>EPT\/APT slot<\/strong> for electronic payment management, (<em>ex: Verifone, Ingenico, PAX, Worldline, etc.<\/em>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These kiosks become interactive because they are equipped with payment software <em>(PERIMATIC partners and customers<\/em>) now recognised by the user when placing an order or collecting a meal paid for online. This is a major advantage for the restaurateurs, who can control their point-of-sale electronically (inventory, stock levels, management of their menu and marketing communications, etc.)<br \/>\nReduced waiting lines is the visible part of this complete POS IT solution, as is <em>self-ordering <\/em>(by the customer) through to payment at the kiosk.
