OEM partnership: DINE O QUICK at METROPOLIS
The cloakroom organiser manufacturer integrated the 10.1’’ SAGA screens into its new solution.
A solution deployed at the Loft Metropolis
DINE-O-QUICK, specialised in hardware and software for ticketing systems, unveils its new cloakroom organiser solution recently installed at the Loft Metropolis, a nightclub located in the 94 department. It is one of the largest nightclubs in France, attracting several thousand partygoers every weekend.
“Cloakroom management is a major challenge for a venue like Metropolis. We have installed seven Q-Robe solutions across four auditoriums. We developed our hardware around the SAGA 10.1’’ SGPC101 touch-sensitive PC panel. We needed a compact and bright screen under which we integrated our ticketing printer, all embedded in a sturdy steel structure” explains Laurent PROVOST, CEO of DINE-O-QUICK.
This is a second version of this hardware set that was previously released, incorporating the Dine-O-Quick software developed exclusively by the company for cloakroom ticket management. A clear return on investment that Dine-O-Quick justifies by the production cost of the paper ticket being 0.03 cents compared with 0.20 cents with a manual solution used by most market players.

“Our range of SAGA PC panels (in 16:9 format) is suitable for OEM projects similar to those led by Dine-o-Quick, as well as for POS markets where the touch-sensitive PC panel is actually positioned as a touch POS terminal fitted on a retail pole or wall-mounted in kiosk mode (click&collect, self-ordering, etc.) The product’s flexibility opens up a wide range of installation possibilities depending on the POS layout or the customer’s requirements.” explains Bruno LEMAITRE, Key Account Sales Manager, PERIMATIC.
Dine-O-Quick has achieved great success, with their Q-robe cloakroom organisers soon to be installed in the cloakrooms of the Phantom (capacity of 3500 people), a new nightclub located beneath the Accor Arena of Bercy.
What is OEM integration?
The SAGA product range includes OEM (Original Equipment Material) products. OEM products are used when the production of a final solution requires the supply of a custom part manufactured by another company.
In the case of our customer Dine O Quick, the cloakroom organiser project was clearly defined. After reviewing their specifications, PERIMATIC was able to provide them with a screen system completely tailored to their needs.
For the moment PERIMATIC is concentrating on developing the following range of SAGA equipment to be integrated:
- PC panel in various sizes from 10.1” to 55”
- SGBS450 scanners, a 2D module for designers of self-scanning kiosk solutions
- Simple touch-screens embedded in interactive coin solutions.
It is a rapidly growing area with increasing demands in automation sectors, kiosks (both food and non food) and digital displays. These are generally innovative solutions necessary to support retail/service points in their digital transformation. We are available to explore requests that require specific characteristics, feel free to contact us.
