TPV JOA: SAGA’s new innovative touch-sensitive POS terminal
The new 15“ or 15.6” all-aluminium digital POS : Design, Robust, Digital.
JOA is a point-of-sale (POS) device with a flat touchscreen (14mm) and aluminum design. The SAGA brand has gone from strength to strength with this new model offering a host of advantages.
Its sturdy design, combined with an aluminum joint connected to two ball-and-socket joints, enables the counter base and cashier screen to be adjusted to suit the retailer’s environment. What’s more, a small LCD screen (45 x 45 mm) is inlaid into the terminal junction to load images (e.g. logo, message or other marketing element chosen by the user), a simple customization feature not found on any other cash register on the market.
Available in a classic POS version, the JOA can also be wall-mounted or pole-mounted, thanks to an optional metal plate that accommodates a standard VESA75/100 bracket.
Assembled with the latest generation of fanless processors, the two RAM memory slots and M.2 SSD disks are accessible under the POS case without having to remove the motherboard. An enormous time-saver when it comes to upgrading either component.
The elegant shape of the JOA also shows great stability of the motherboard base, the “Z” junction allows the touch system to lie completely flat, while its aluminum chassis favors optimal cooling of the processor.
The JOA POS is offered exclusively with the latest Windows 11 IOT Enterprise LTSC 2024 OS images, with significantly enhanced data and cybersecurity.
These features make this new digital cash register an ideal choice for outlets looking for reliability, performance and modern design.

What is point-of-sale digitalization?
Point-of-sale digitalization is the process of integrating digital tools into physical stores to enhance the customer experience and optimize operations. This includes the use of technologies such as modern cash registers like the JOA POS above, KOBÉ, KURVEO and KOYA ordering kiosks from the SAGA brand, and dematerialized loyalty programs developed by POS software publishers.
- Meeting new consumer expectations: customers can access product information online and in-store, compare offers, and use services such as Click & Collect.
- Increased in-store traffic: Digital services attract more customers by offering convenient, interactive experiences.
- Improved customer experience: Digital tools help personalize interaction with products and provide consistent, enriched information.
In short, digitalization is transforming sales outlets into “phygital” spaces, where the physical and digital complement each other to deliver an optimal customer experience.
Don’t wait any longer to move into the store of tomorrow 🙂
