Which cash register should you choose for your restaurant?

The independent brasserie FACTORY’S located in Créteil in the 94 region opened its doors at the end of 2018.
This “fast casual” restaurant offers recipes from different horizons (Asian, Italian, burgers, etc.) combined with the quality of Halal meat. Self-checkout solutions and the management of self-ordering was studied with our partner French Innov.

“The challenge for restaurants like FACTORY’S is to manage waiting time and queues in order to satisfy customer demand as effectively as possible. Here, the sales area was ideally suited to the installation of self-ordering kiosks to complement the traditional checkout lines” explains Samir B, Sales Manager at French Innov.

The 22” and 27” self-ordering kiosks and the integrated 15” systems OVAi5 are equipped:

• with the SGD200 2-line customer display,
• with the SGBS410FS integrated 2D scanner,
• all installed with the FIO cash register software developed by French Innov.

The 15” OVA touch-sensitive cash register is perfectly suited to the food environment concerned. Its 4:3 screen ratio has been logically interfaced with the FIO catering software. Its all-round design contrasts with the covering given to the French Innov kiosks in the restaurant’s colours.
